It’s always pleasant to work on a set where visits by family members are welcomed. It makes for a nice atmosphere. On Friday, the father of our cameraman Eric Roizman came in to watch some filming and meet his son’s co-workers. I got to lend him my chair in the video village.

Great post. I had no idea all those wonderful films are linked by one guy. What is Owen like?

Old-school, very gracious, and he remembered everyone's name. He spent a long time chatting with David Stockton, our DP, and left a trail of awe wherever he went.
Oh, that is a fine list of credits and a great bunch of directors to have worked with.
Luckily for him, after working with William Friedkin on The French Connection and The Exorcist, he avoided getting mired down in the ill–fated Sorcerer.
Many thanks for the feedback Stephen. David Stockton's got a pretty darn impressive CV himself.
Sounds like a fun set.
