On Thursday, July 13th at 7pm EST (that’s midnight in the UK, so it’s lucky I’m a nightbird) I’ll be dropping in for a live-streamed chat with Brandy Schillace and The Peculiar Book Club.

Regular membership and all past YouTube shows are free. While some of the club’s events are for VIP subscribers only, this one’s open to all. Of late I’ve been doing interviews and podcasts anticipating the launch of Doctor Who: Warriors Gate and Beyond (Target Books, July 13th 2023) but this will be a wider chat about art and writing and making a career, anchored to a discussion of Rain.

If you’ve never looked in on a Peculiar event, they’re quite the thing. Along with the book chat comes music, cocktails, the unexpected… the motto being, “If you’re weird, you’re family”.
